Who is the Uni GK? The same player that's had almost twice as many goals put past him [14 to 26].
Could be that Henry Flood [Uni Pres] asked Tom to play for Uni, got told thanks but you are couple of days later than Tech.
Expect if that's the case Batty will go and play prem grade cricket. I don't expect him to be number 2.
No GK better in Otago and he would make it as an outfield player from what I've seen of Otago teams in previous seasons.
