Absolutely huge 3-1 win last night, gives me a three point buffer over fifth with a game to play. So a draw will confirm my first ever promotion playoff encounter. Get up Whips!

Well that was a weird start. We scored in the 10th minute (Leilei again), and then the opposition made two subs straight after the goal...

History favouring the grudge, but anything can happen in the playoffs:

3-2 down at half time vs Kil Zealbots in my final play off game, would really like to gain promo this season.

currently 3-0 down at home to The Grudge (59mins in)

somehow crammed 44,000 spectators into my 30,500 seater stadium!

Should be a tactical change soon to put one more up front and go full out attacking, would be some comeback!

Yeah weird. Countdown reckons season starts in 9 hours I think when I saw it about an hour ago. 

was wondering that myself.  Was expecting a healthy paycheck but was met with quite the opposite.

Yeah! Was a massive shock seeing myself 74million in debt. Then realised season update hadnt happened and breathed a sigh of relief.

Updating at 10pm tonight, so will be all done by tomorrow morning. Sponsor money should bump me up to over 200 mil, just a question of how to spend it.

I reckon I'll have about 70mill in cred. need to buy me a new keeper, well a better keeper. have been chaising one for a few seasons now but can't manage to nab one cheap enough,

I reckon ill still be in debt :( can't believe i forgot to set my sponsor goals. 

I now have over 100m, so happy right now, but my keeper is retiring...that could hurt a fair bit.

Funnily enough we also have a new Fever team in our division increasing our numbers to 4 as Sky Valley falls into our league.

easy come easy go, just spent all of my sponsorship dosh on adding another 2500 seats and upgrading the parking, fingers grossed they fill up soon as the squad is looking pretty thin! 

Going to look for players later in the season once the feeding frenzy is over adn everyone has spent their end of season payouts

ok, will be interesting to see the "local" derby games with my 'b' team, could be fun watching the young guns fighting for top team places. The 1sts better win or I'll be spewing!

I think you should email TM and point out you and your B team are in the same Division. That is not supposed to be allowed.

Well Melddahl hasn't announced retirement, leaving his future in my hands, not sure whether to sell or keep. 230 million in the bank to improve this offseason, not sure how I should spend it - might have to overpay for a few 4 star youngsaters.

first game of the season and I have Buxton Bombers - they look similar ability to me b ut with a couple of their key players injured or on red cards so I'm hoping to start with a win.The league has two relegated teams who look tough but beatable I think. Aiming for top of the league and auto promotion this year. Should be a lot easier if I manage to get myself a 4* keeper

My league seems tougher this year also, a few sides from like 3.14 and the likes have transferred, active teams which is never good! Top six still very acheievable though, most likely top 4 again.
