Jeremy Brockie (Edgeworth FC | Australia)
Brockie Assist for Caldwell!!! Toronto 2-1 up!!
Nice ball from Brockie!! 2-1
Great cross for Caldwell. Maybe Brockie needed his dad to be there.
Good clear stream here.http://nutjob.eu/njtvx19.html
O'Dea! 3-1 to the Red Moose.
3-1 at HT. Toronto's pressure has been forcing tons of mistakes from the Impact. Just a worry about a couple yellow card's Toronto have picked up. A red could flip this game on its head.
well taken goal there!! none of those streams work for me unfortunately. they all freeze my comp. weird because I can stream other sports on the sites dammit!!
Radio coverage here - http://t.co/vVqzFMle6W

Love Toronto's website - quick updates, easy to use; we should take note.
And ugh, Impact score 2 quick goals to tie it up at 3-3
3-3 familiar story about to unfold?
Yeah, was thinking gee they 3-1 up and still plying every1 forward, perhaps given they need the points
they should park the bus to some degree? oh well!
Toronto has to be the worst team in world football at defending their leads.

Brockie had a very good game imo.
Fuck yes.Good boy - having a bitch of a day at work.Just what I wanted to hear.8)
JB showed #15 how to hit a ball with his left foot.
haha awesome!
The ball into Brockie's feet was an attempted shot. Hope he can start ripping up the MLS, definitely got class.
Brockie had a good match but could have been instant hero if he bagged two other great chances he had. Looks like he's figured out the league more. Did well considering being marked by Nesta and Ferrari.
Nelsen's post match interview
Last minute or so, he speaks about Brockie and doesn't sound like he thinks they could get him full time.
Their mid season transfer window is about to open. If they didn't get the striker target they have in mind, I wonder if they will have to look to try and make Brockie's loan permanent.
I wouldn't object to selling him with a loan back in our Jan transfer window. We pay 14 games & the finals after that window opens.
A decent fee for him would be nice, although a decent replacement would also be a must.
Whats a decent fee to a club who dont want to spend money? Yeah everyone could use a bit of spare cash but i think it would be more hassle than its worth trying to find a replacement capable of chasing the golden boot. How much money would that then cost us? Would probably soak up a foreign spot too. Id understand letting him go to a club in Europe but not the MLS.
Yeah but if the offer was there and Brockie wanted to leave, would the club stop him?

Frees up a wage, and gives extra money on top. Any income helps keep the club going at the end of the day.

absolutley no point in the nix selling brockie unless we a) get a huge fee - which wont happen and b) we have someone in mind who is going to be in the top 3 for goals scored in the league to replace him.
I don't want to see him go, but as has been suggested, perhaps he will want to go? Yes he's under contract but not many clubs keep an unhappy player. Anyway, only speculation at this stage.
Who knows. He just had his best season ever so I hope he stays
Yeah, plus it doesn't do your chances of attracting players any good if you become known to stand in the way of players who want to move on to 'bigger' things.
bottom of MLS is bigger things?

No one is saying he wants to leave and nothing has been said indicating that Toronto will exercise the option to buy him. I was just pondering, as a worst case scenario that if they did would $$$ and a loan back in January be an acceptable result for us.

If you want to frame it that way then it's a hell of a lot better than dead last in the A-League.
