I'm not so sure, Colvinator. Tiger did get his filter the brim, so now it's their turn.
I always thought Tiger was a bit of a Player
(Hmm drinking and smoking are two vices aren't they?)
Oh that's mint!
I think if ginger had nutmegged me I'd be chocking from my digestive system.
He proved me wrong, when he first came on the scene, i thought he was a fag.
That is understandable, after all he started out at Longbeach.
Perhaps Peter Jackson might make a film of all of this. But I do think that this has all been a bit Rough man.

Vices? Don't be a tool (unless you are punning). I suppose you saw that one coming.
Classic pincer movement HH.
Might have to clamp up for a bit.

Getting hammered Junior?
Someone's pliered him with alcohol,he's getting nailed.
Screw you guys! I'm going home.

(you probably saw that coming)
The shear audacity of these punners. I'm sure we can jack up a few more tool puns.
Its plane for all to see HH and J82, we'll engineer a few more punny bits out of this thread...
you know the drill.
you know the drill.
Some of you need to wrench yourselves away from this thread.
I was able to square away a decent break up-country from all of you ..i'm doing my level best to get back into it now, News.
I am drilled to see you all carving out some more puns. Touch wood there's a few more to be chisled out.
Lonegunmen2010-01-06 16:01:59
A pun each all fits into the jigsaw.
Quite puzzeling isn't it?
Also a(maze)ing.
Puzzling? Absolutely. Some of the puns here border on the riddleculous.
Too right LG, we'll just punch them out as per usual.
back to the grind next week..could get used to this holiday lark.

Back to the grind Sand paperwork to catch up on!
That's the spirit LG, true grit.
Ahaa!!
A maze and a jigsaw enveloped in coarse sandpaper. Would that be a brace of puzzles roughly wrapped....??
or abrasive papers in a puzzling muddle??!!

I'm so confused with this thread. It keeps changing tack and is hard to nail down a theme for any length of time.
Maybe it needs to be taken with a pinch of salt, anagram of pepper.
I'm glued to this thread
Cleary this will lead to a Sticky Moment if you're not careful.
You've got to be tactful about this.
Sorry, won't work for me. I'm as subtle as a sledgehammer!
And if you say otherwise than Ju-lian...cleary.
And if you say otherwise than Ju-lian...cleary.
I'm more than a little puzzled too!
Im trying to adhere to (all of) the above topics of puns raised..but need the torch of enlightenment,if you don't mind !
J82 was that phil cleary, of the oz variety? or Julienne..of the diced.. or should that be "mincing" variety?
Btw,
A p.r.peep = a public relations quick look, ana-gramatically speaking...if there is "any to see, Al ?" at a pinch.
Its the last of the holiday seasoning... if you get it, my condiments to you.

O Cajun ly I wonder what the f**k this thread is about.

Very sage observation there RG.
Junior822010-01-13 12:37:13
I was flummexed by your "any to see Al" anagram I had to parse(ly) on it. (Edit: very sorrel about that RG)
Don't mint shin it,Junior 82!
Ah ha.... con fuschia reigns. Only the "pepper" was anagrammed. A pinch of "NA-2-Cl "along side though. Onametapoeia.
Glady to see you rose to the occasion, as usual, Junior.

So much flowery talk RG - you'll be getting like Ricki Herbert in his post-match interviews soon.
I got the pepper and had thought there was some salt connection - obviously in hindsight with your code I should say line out loud to get the answer.
You are truly treemendous RG and I am so shallot in comparison.

(PS did you see me get nutmeg-ed in almost the first kick of last wednesday's game?)

Did ginger nut you HH? That would take the biscuit. Still I wouldn't expect you to super wine about it.
Good to see you lot spice this thread up. You seem in eesence to be on top of things, almost sprinkled.

Glad to see this thread is still going strong. I make a point of popping in from thyme to thyme

I think it's saffron to say it's here to stay.
