Southern Football (incl Southern United) (Part 1)
why should this be the case for United and not all sporting team?IE Otago NPC who dont win alot of games either?Credit to Otago Vols because they are a good side but im sure they get a game fee and not a win bonus?

Ahhhhhhhhahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahah Horsehead please please name one Roslyn player that could make a a Otago United team that is at full strenght?? This could be a laugh?let me guess...Terry Boylan?I got it didn't i?
I dont no if you have noticed but it's 09 now horsie..How many goals did Ant Hancock score in the Spl last year?No way i would say Dave Dugdale could go close to Otago United player of the year this year maybe with Tim Horner and Aaron Burgess
1. Sean Brand
2. Mr. Soccer - the only non Roslyn man in the POY running due to the fact that he is Mr. Soccer.
3. Ant Hancock
4. Terry Boylan
5. Mike Eisenhut (Even though he is in Australia he is a Roslyn man so stands a better chance than anyone else from any other club of getting the award)
Man you guys find a lot to write about Otago football when I could sum it up in one word
O Horsie so so young arent you..And you support that pathetic team/club they call Roslyn.
Enough said.
What word Feverish go on..
Otago Utd needs a total clear out of the board & coaching staff, its been a shambles for 3 seasons now & it wasn't that great before then. The board must be loving when they're handed their 3 year license, they can sit back & get their salary, i bet you if Marc Chidley was on a commission, things would be a tad better.
Phelo hasn't really adjusted to life in the amateur game & results have reflected this, not sure who would be better? maybe give Steve Fleming a crack, he's always done pretty well with any team he's coached.
At the end of the day it is not a professional league - the Otago lads train 4 times a week with phelan in their grill because they enjoy football and winning a game every now and agaimm
There still medioca 4 times a week and you come 2nd bottom.
