Shirley St Albans have officially requested to enter the CCL in 2019. Mainland awaiting responses from the other CCL clubs. No issues for me, as long as they have the correct changing facilities etc. We don't want another Christchurch United saga.
What are the regs / rules around entry into to the CCL. Do you have to win the league below, have a reserve team, pitch / changing rooms etc???
As far as I know from a few years ago clubs just entered the league as no promotion is required. Differs from other divisions
SAS home pitch is a new sand based one at the revamped St Albans Park complete with new building for changing rooms etc.
It's good to see a couple of the SAS junior mini league player from years past coming back and playing seniors for the club.
Do they need to get a 1st team coach & manager for 2019 season didn't seem to have anyone 2018 season.
Training may help them.
SAS training twice a week and a full pre season?
On the positive side there must be a few players around with plenty of MPL experience that don't want to train twice a week but still would like a run out at a level above social grade as Div 1 [SAS Div 1 last season with rolling subs like masters] seems to be.
