The Racing Fat Cockneys B side have to be the worst team of all time

yeah they are absolutley pitiful, I beat them 19-0 the other day....total disgrace - I've even scouted a few of their players thinking that they are just young and have great potential, but this is not the case.

 so in my league tonight the top three at half time are drawing their games against lower placed teams 0-0. All I need is a lucy break and win mine and have the other two lose.

 yussssss 1-0 87th minute, still 0-0 in the other games, I have second! 2 points of the league title

92nd minute equaliser to draw 2-2, big point for me sponsor-goal wise. My two gun players with the goals, very pleasing.

Crap balls. Let a 2-1 lead go to go down by a goal. Again.

Next game is a musto wino!

Two games to go, gotta score 3 goeals to exceed 50 goals scored and meet my sponsor's target...

... Oh look! We're up against Aramoana Reserves who have scored 14 and let in 126 so far this season...

Don't tell me I have commentator's cursed it!?

16 minutes gone and we have not had a shot yet!!

 f*** both teams went down 2-1, 3rd pace in the league for the nix so far......gotta to get 3 points and hope the top two lose.

Well another loss in what has turned into a death spiral, this seems like my Trophy Manager team is similar to my Football Manager teams. Great start to the season in the top 4, then January comes around and the team doesn't want to play anymore, and to top it off my goalie got injured last night...Oh dear...

Stoked! 3-1 win over ANE2 shifts me up to 6th with 50 points (only 3 points ahead of 9th).

My sponsor goals were: 

3 wins in the Cup - achieved

Finish in the top half - Need a win or draw to ensure I finish above 9th

Score at least 60 - currently scored 56

Concede at most 50 - currently sitting on 49!

If The Falcons can get a 4-1 or better result against Pavlova Utd it'll tick off all of the sponsor goals and possibly get me into the playoffs, one of my top players earned a red card and plenty of others on yellows.

C'mon you Falcons!

The Trains romped home 4 - 0 over the Aramoana Reserves.

I've met most of my goals for this season, just need to stay in the top 3 and not conceed any more than 40 goals and I've got all of them. should be ok for some decent coin come end of season.

Won my division with a game in hand. Back to the premiership next season!

Haha TTU is up there too. Was in relegation playoffs last I saw, hopefully he can stay up for some premier league banter next season. 

Yeah just checked that actually, I had assumed he was going down and you were replacing him. Hopefully we can have 2.

Need to win or at least draw my last game and hope other results go in my favour to get through.  I am against the bottom place team though, so might be a chance.  In saying that, even if I do get through to teh play-offs, I'll probably lose to the Div 2 team I play - which might not be a bad thing given that I'm about to put some of my more experienced players on the market.

Just had another peek at the table, and it looks like I'll achieve my sponsor goal of "Stay in the top half" regardless of the result tonight.

However if I do win 4-1 or better I'd collect on my goals scored/conceded sponsor goal.

After bing in the relegation zone earlier in the season The Trains came storming home to finish 7th with a 2 - 0 win against Potential Fools, ahead of the Falcons on goal difference after they were held 0 - 0 at home to Pavlova on closing day.

The Fafeful meanwhile are losing fafe...

I don't think it counts for season goals... I think you finished 4th. but then when they do promotion, relegation and playoffs selection THEN they apply the inactive penalties, and if someone forfeits their spot due to inactive, they go to the next highest etc.

Yeah an unbelievable collapse after a great start, early on we had the best defense in the league (Less than a goal per game), then we lost a game 6-0 and after that we struggled to contain anyone. The Fafe was completely lost by the end.

0-0 draw sits me in 8th, 1 position better than my minimum for sponsorship goals.

upgraded the stadium to 28,000 seats the day before and had my first completely sold out match! That should help fill the coffers, which is good as a handful of my players are retiring

28000, wow I'm still struggling to get mine to 16000. I'm hoping with my end of season funds to buy a new Kiwi forward that I spotted mid season and upgrade the seating to 20k

 I will be in the Playoffs for relegation. Hopefully I can stay up.

playoff for promotion for me, I'd suppose I'd be happy to stay in this league and dominate again, it would give me another season of success before i hopefully got promoted

An apt end to the season for me, without my star players I ended with a 0-0 draw with 25% possession. Finish in 11th, onwards and upwards

 so it seems third place is mine as the inactive team has been dropped to 17th place, yay!!

Won my last league game 12-0... I guess it might give a coupla players some confidence - lol!

play off match tonight vs the team tha finished 2nd, I'm 50/50 about winning it, I could lose and then dominate next season or win and battle for mid table in a division above me.

if the game plays out liek we have all season it'll be a draw, 0-0 and 1-1 thus far.

Awesome, looks like you can challenge friends on TM (or at least you will be able to soon), so you can choose opponents, anybody want me to send a challenge their way to test it out?
