Did feel that Sydney were a bit ambivalent about the game after the card/s.
Gallantry is noble but wins no games. Kevin Muscat would have not made a mistake of letting the opposition down to nine men off the hook.
Thank you for everything, Broxy 💙

I think our Academy starts at 13-ish, once kids are at high school? So guess this is equivalent to someone attending one of the holiday camps at 10 & making their way thru to the first team.
Astonishingly the Kid is 1.95m tall at 16, I'm surprised he isn't dreaming of a career in the NBA.

This link also says India is the most likely destination but mentions that there are offers from the Middle East and the MLS as well.
From a purely selfish point of view I'd be I'd be interested to see how well he could compete in the MLS - but it would probably be a smaller offer than India as well as a harder league so he probably wouldn't last there as long.
Yeah would be really interesting to see how Maclaren would go Stateside. Also if he has any 2026 WC ambition, he can't go to India.

When I was backpacking in India I realised not only had Freddie Ljunberg signed for an Indian club, but he was playing in the city I was visiting that very night. I forked out a few hundred rupees and watched some of the worst football I’ve ever seen.
