If past signings are anything to go by I would say anywhere between 10 and 20 g.
Central League
uh huh.
Cracking game at Redwood Park today, ended up 3-3 between Tawa and Upper Hutt after Upper Hutt raced to a 3-0 lead after 30 minutes. Tawa the much better side in the second half . They finally got the equaliser through a penalty, it looked a bit dodgy to me but not too many complaints from UH.
Tawa probably should have won it, especially after UH went down to 10 men just after the equaliser, they created two fantastic chances to grab a winner but couldn't find the target on them. Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon in Tawa.
Actually finished 3-2 Tawa after Upper Hutt being 2 up
Rumour wests 3-0 up after 17 min v Olympic. Anyone confirm?
I can confirm.
Now 3-2.
Patrick dreamt a goal?
3-3 early in second half. Goal fest
Rapa 2 -2 with petone after being 2 up with about 20 to play
Bubbles now leading Wests 4-3.

Patrick...... the future of Refeeering in the capital. .... yikes !
3-1 to Mar over PNM. Mar had a dominant first half. Marist looked a bit lost at the start and Mar barely got out of 2nd gear leading into half time. went in 2-0 up. Marist coach didn't go into the changing rooms at half time, must of left it up to his players to sort themselves out. 2nd half PNM were definitely stronger and tbh were the better side in the that half. Got well deserved goal, but 5 minutes later fell asleep at a throw in and Mar punished to go 3-1 up. Overall Mar deserved the win. Decent crowd as well which is good for Manawatu Football.
On a side note, the referee was late so game kicked off half n hour late. Assistants were there on time but no ref. He made a few rough calls as well and game got a bit nigly towards the end with a few dodgy challenges.
Got stuck in traffic from Wellington apparently.

Game had everything. Good finishes, good free-kicks, some misses, some aggro, Thunder, Lightning, Rain, Souvlakia, Metetai, banter and a big comeback. Well worth the price of admission.
Wait, it costs to watch CL games? Or was that a figure of speech?
It costs 1 souvlaki to watch games at Wakefield.
No charge for CL games as far as I know. Last time that happened was probably when gisborne city charged a tenner for entry. HN with one of his typical gags I'm guessing!
Haven't been to Napier yet obviously - there is a gate charge for Central League
$10 entry at Rovers

Haven't been to an NCR home game for quite a few years now.
Yes. Gag. Well worth the 0$ I paid.
I think, NP, you are getting confused with HBU prices.
NCR are $5 adults, $3 for oldies and students, and U14's free

or 30
That's nearly $1700 per game. Not bad.
About 4 times what I get per week for actually working.
Or: one weeks worth of 'expenses' for one player could just about pay for a whole junior team to play for a season.
$1700 a game!!!!!
Fucking hell, i thought Glenfield were bad!!

If Hamish Watson is on that kind of rate (not meaning to pick on him), he'd probably be on more per game playing central league, than he was at a professional A league club.
What is A league minimum wage? 40k? That means he was on $1500 per game at the nix (not taking into account whether he played or not)
silly money in amateur football… you can't blame the players, but it's such a false economy, there is no end product

Watson was at the Rapa Petone Game. Sat on the bench but not kitted up.

Bubbles vs. Ole. good game. Mick out tacticianed Lloyde/Declan. Ole couldn't cope with the press and counter. I even heard Declan say "knock it long" Ole philosophy? Jamie OCconnor at 33 + the best deep H.M in the league.
Edge/Pav vs. Lewis - no contest - general play/understanding/awareness - assist/ goal.
Money, Money, Money, Mooooooney......
Still not sure what Big Phil is trying to achieve apart from throwing cash away to mecenaries each year.....
