Remember him from the Blitz. We used to go sometimes - just a stroll down the road from our squat in the Angel.

Way more to it than what appears in Western Mainstream media.

No more Spock, the man was a legend, not just for this charactor but for his other acting such as Mission impossible and also in various TV westerns but also for photography as well.

He lived long, prospered and now is going where no "live man" has gone before.

But WHAT a way to announce it:

Terry Pratchett (@terryandrob)

13/03/2015 4:06 am AT LAST, SIR TERRY, WE MUST WALK TOGETHER.

Brilliant!

I have never laughed so much. Thank you Sir Terry.

As gabriele renzi (@riffraff) said in the responses to the above tweet: RIP, roundworld has a bit more sadness and lot less genius today.

A great talent TP but just always sailed to close to the wind of smugness for me.

Liked the first couple of Mort books, but after that he annoyed me.

Yes it is. It was brilliant that one of his last, great memories was that event and the tournament from the weekend just gone.

Good call Leggy. I know some of the rules enforced might have been a bit harsh but they helped straigten out a country in need. He also introduced the "30 year plan" scenario for any redevelopments. Spot fines for littering, smoking and crossing the road within 100 meters of a road crossing were good imo.
