Vela, Ibrahimovic, Schweinsteiger, Altidore and Wynne...
I know, right? Altidore?

Wynne and Smith both to start against RSL in Utah.
Colvey after last weeks early subbing, unsurprisingly demoted to the bench this week.
3-0 loss, all goals coming in the final 8 minutes. Full matches for those two, Colvey rides the pine.

Did well to keep if 0-0 for so long. Had Tim Howard sent off, only 20 minutes in!
Both Wynne and Smith play full 90 mins as Rapids lose 1-2 to Orlando.
Colvey an unused sub.
Wynne a yellow.
Victor Yotun (who featured for Peru against NZ in both playoff games), scored winner for Orlando from pen spot.
Colorado coming off 3 straight losses host New York Red Bulls.
Wynne and Smith both start. No Colvey in match day squad.
Live on Duke too!
First time I've seen Colorado play since Hudson took over. Already 1-0 down...
Ball whipped in from near the right hand corner and finds open space between Wynne and Adjei-Boateng just outside the 6 yard box - Easy tap in for Daniel Royer.
4th consecutive loss as Colorado go down 1-2. Wynne and Smith full 90 mins.
GD is only -2 so mostly narrow losses, but Rapids now lie 2nd last in Western Conference.
Colorado seeking to halt their losing run, travel to the Patrick Viera coached New York City.
Wynne and Smith start. Colvey on the bench.
Rapids get pummeled 4-0. David Villa with a double for New York.

Colorado’s worst loss of the season, and that’s now 5 in a row, with rumours some of the more experienced players not happy - esp those who haven’t been starting. I think Wynne has been keeping an older guy out?
Big challenge for Uncle Tony.
Two home games coming up against Portland and Vancouver. Will be watching closely.
Wynne & Smith both start against Portland. Colvey not in match day squad.
Tuiloma on the bench for Timbers.
The pressure will be on Huddo now. A 2-3 loss to Timbers.
First goal Rapids an OG, and 2nd at 99 mins.
Smith and Wynne both 90 mins.
Tuiloma subbed on 79 mins for Portland.
Big game for Rapids and esp coach Hudson.
Host Vancouver who still have Marinovic out injured.
Wynne and Smith start. Colvey not in match day squad.
Rapids lose 2-1, equalling the biggest losing record in the club's entire history with seven straight losses. 18 shots which is pretty rare for a Hudson team, but 2 on target.
Wynne and Smith get the full game. Great to see, but Smith definitely getting the most praise out of the two with most fans calling for Wynne to be dropped.
Another Peruvian nightmare for Hudson. Yordi Reyna provides goal and an assist as Vancouver win 2-1.
Rapids are last in the Western Conference. It will be getting grim in Denver.
Wynne and Smith both play 90 mins.
Thanks to @mycujoo you can watch NZers play in US Open cup (Wynne and Smith with Colvey on bench) #NSHvCOL https://t.co/OBjrFziXC2

The Rapid's terrible form continues down 0-1 at half time away to USL side Nashville (US Open Cup).
Nashville have been on a roll lately (4 wins & a draw), and of course will be a new MLS expansion side from 2020.
Still Colorado lose to a lower division side and knives must be sharpening for Hudson.
They then have Houston away in MLS on weekend.
Horror run continues with a 2-0 loss.
For once bossed possession with 58%. But not a single shot on target!
At least they won't have any cup run distractions.
Hudson must be on his last legs
Wynne starting again today. From Colorado Rapids website:
Defender Deklan Wynne will make his thirteenth consecutive MLS start after joining the Rapids from Vancouver Whitecaps FC on December 21, 2017. Wynne recorded 41 successful passes last weekend against Vancouver, which ranked as the second best on the night behind Prices’ 55 and lead the team with three interceptions.
Down 2-0 already to Houston, couple of minutes to go in first half.
Wonder what it will mean for the Kiwi contingent when Hudson gets the boot?

The non-kiwi defender Wilson has probably been their worst.
Finishes 2-0. Had player sent off at 45 mins, but was already 2-0 then.
Wynne a yellow.
Grim stuff in Denver.
A pretty average Chicago Fire at home next. Surely Huddon needs a result with that game
Rapids verus Chicago.
Smith and Wynne both start. No Colvey.
Collier back from injury and on the bench for the Fire.
Feel this a huge game for Hudson at home.
Chicago are pretty limited. If he can’t get his team to at least get a draw in this game, must be close to goodnight nurse.
Currently 2-2 at HT, Colorado were 2-0 courtesy of a goal by Tommy Smith and Dominique Badji but Chicago came back.
Rapids break their losing run. Finishes 2-2.
Smith with goal plus an assist for first goal. All 4 goals scored by 24th min mark.
Collier got 15 mins off the bench for Chicago. He has a shot blocked by Smith late.

Colorado host Boxall's Minnesota in their next game. A win there will keep wolves off Hudson for awhile.

With 2 wins from 17 games he should be counting his lucky stars that he's still there.
No relegation. Rapids still paying out contract of previous coach.
Huddo just may survive the season no matter what.
Full 90 in a 3-2 win over Minesota.
Full 90 in a 1-0 win over his former team the whitecaps, picked up a yellow.
Gets his first start in a few months as Colorado travel to Columbus.
Alongside his AWs team mate Smith.

Inglorious return for Wynne. Given straight red at 51 mins.
Was 1-1 at the time, now 2-1 Colombus.

That's a soft sent off for sure. Refs in MLS do seems red card happy.
Rapids lose 2-1.
https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2018/09/22/highligh...
More greys for Huddo. Smith full 90 mins (picked up a yellow late).
San Jose lost as well, so Rapids may yet avoid the wooden spoon in the West.
Doesn't look an overly vicious challenge, but I can't disagree with the ref there when the opposition player is playing the ball in the air and Wynne swipes his feet out. Just zero attempt for the ball.
The worst 2 teams in the West - Colorado and San Jose - play out a 0-0 draw.
Wynne subbed at HT.
Smith didn’t feature as suspended after his brain explosion red card last week.
