Doubt any answer will be given but just why they were unprepared is the question given a couple of factors. Pre sales were high and they really should have been aware of this and the Phoenix had organised for a heap of kids to turn up. Which ever way you look at they are experienced enough to have been able to cope with what was a small crowd.and it says more about their systems than anything.
Really just yet another season of mediocre service and ripoff prices by a stadium that has a captive group of customers despite making noises they really dont give a toss as despite the issues raised by many they are still selling their products and people are queuing to buy them. Maybe if people stopped buying and queuing then a genuine effort to improve things might be made.
Loud blaring music DURING the game.......check!
Long queues to buy expensive crap food.......check!
Game stopped for incomprehendible VAR decisions......check!
And they wonder why people are giving up on going to the stadium to watch live sport.
Absolutely dreadful I agree. Also, the system paying to enter the car park is rubbish. Everyone in one queue until the last minute, when they make you do a 90 degree turn into one of several ticket sellers. There is enough space there to use some cones and the exit lanes (which are barely used at that time) to split the queue up earlier and get it moving.
The music during the game, well Ive had quite enough of that shark.
And where was the usual Fritzs Weiner stand near aisle 25? Walked all the way there to find it didn't exist, so walk back to the entrance to find massive queue at the one Weiner stand, so didn't bother at all.
