That was a short stint. Obviously bombed on FM and got the boot.
What's he up to back here?

An unlikely savior from Melbourne?
The @NewcastleJetsFC licence reportedly set to be taken away from Martin Lee this week. Same thing happened to Con Constantine and Nathan Tinkler. Fingers crossed the next owner/owners have a long term commitment in mind! https://t.co/imgmUSxpqc

Really interesting that, until a new owner is found, some of the other A-League clubs will jointly run the Jest. Which, as Kevin Airs points out, would be illegal under UEFA rules...
so... wellnix now partly own the jets
so... wellnix now partly own the jets
Not quite – seems it's only a few of the other 11 clubs, and likely the rich ones.

Its a strange scenario. OK, boys if you want to get paid, it would help if you don't beat my actual team.
Just comes to show how unlikely it would be for the A-League to kick us out, at least in the foreseeable future, when rival clubs have to prop up one of their own.
Not sure how many more chances that fudgeing club should get

About time. Deservedly gets the nod over some very experienced candidates.
A quality sauce of AL news is in the replies to that, saying the Jets have new owners. So I'm assuming it will be unveiling that today. The American investor behind Helsingor was rumored to be in talks, he originally wanted to move them to the Gold Coast but appeared to back away from that.
