Roar game got postponed cuz the Dolphins Stadium pitch wasn't up to standard after the recent bad weather.
martinb You are definitely not wrong.
martinb Camp Sober is how the commentators call him. Sounded funny. He's like Appiah, all speed, nout else.
But I think their most overrated player has to be Kruse. 20+ shots and no goals. Not good stats for a striker.

You're a diplomatic bloke.
2ndBest Goodwin's return has helped them a lot. I still don't think they are that good but that is 6 wins in a row last night. We still have to play Adelaide (and City) twice
newzealandpower Your hand can't be offside cuz you can't score with it. The line is drawn from the shoulder down
Ibini!! 0-1
Noone catches Margush off his line from a quick free kick, 1-1
Nabbout chests it in, 2-1
Noone makes it three, 3-1
J-Mac, 4-1
City is for me the best team at the moment, quality of players and how they play, looks like the complete package. Good to see CCM on top, but hard to imagine they stay there much longer.
Why is there no game on Sky 7? Watching Lincoln V Oxford instead, yet programme says there should be A League.

Victory take the lead vs CCM! 0-1
Tidy finish by Urena, 1-1
Nice bit of skill that from Baumann.
And not too bad from Bouman either!

Hah! Bozanic desperately trying to wipe the blood off his face before the ref notices and stops him from taking the free kick.
Roux hurt, hopefully not serious
And now Traore too. Whatever you say about MV and Brebner they are having some shark luck with injuries
Mambo starting for the Jets
1-2 players is unlucky, this crisis appears to be systematic. They need to review their strength and conditioning department.
Am I wrong or is Kamsoba just not a good player?

2 points dropped by the Coasties, they just couldn't get the winner in the end.
Weird tactics from CCM. They've been breaking teams down with their passing game, tonight for a large portion of the game they went all long ball and speculative crosses.
Looks like a long night ahead for the Jets. Resurgent Perth up 2-0 after 25 mins.
Aspro red card, maybe an opening for the Jets to get back into this after all.
Perth hang on for a deserved 2-1 win.
Commentators for the Victory CCM game talked about the Mitch Duke goal after the foul on Payne twice last night. Both times the foul was given to the CCM defender in similar circumstances, with the commentators noting that it was the right decision.
On the second occassion they suggested that 99% of referees would have called up Duke for the foul and excused the fact that it wasn't called due to natural inconsistencies between referees that will always exist. Which is fair enough I guess but interesting that it was still a talking point.

0-0 HT Sydney v Adelaide. Decent enough game.
Penalty for Adelaide
Goodwin converts, 1-0
Intense and entertaining game. 1-0 Reds, 6 wins in a row.
And we are at the halfway stage of a 26 round competition, 78 down 78 to go in the regular season.

Incredible save by Gauci near the end. But since when did it become a thing for team mates to rush in and shove, shake and scream at their keeper when he's made a save? It's quite odd.
Adelaide are becoming quite the divers this season, %100 not a pen if VAR did there job. Anyway good to see SFC lose this way for once.
It wasn't long ago that Adelaide looked like a bottom 2 team. This season is weird.

Just watching the highlights of Perth vs Sydney from 25 March. I just want to point out that VAR let Fornaroli's goal stand. Very similar situation to Hemed a couple of weeks' back. Bruno's hand was 'offside'. The goal was disallowed and then allowed to stand. But it wasn't for us. Just saying

Agree but how much of Hemed's shoulder was actually offside? What I meant was that the accidents were incredibly similar yet the outcome turned out to be different.
I thought the shoulder is counted as part of the hand, therefore cant be scored from? Or has that changed?
